NEWTOWN, PA / MORRISVILLE, NC, May 5, 2009 - Bio-Imaging Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ: BITI) (d/b/a "BioClinica”) and etrials Worldwide, Inc. (NASDAQ: ETWC) (“etrials”) jointly announce Bio-Imaging’s intent to acquire etrials.
