CRO Partnership Benefits

Partnering with BioClinica offers many benefits to CROs. Most importantly, it allows CROs to offer sponsors a technological platform with the power necessary to run complex clinical trials. The program has many features that enhance the partnership experience, supporting both the operational elements of conducting a trial and business development processes.

We see your resources, time and commitment as a demonstrated investment for our mutual benefit. To that end, participation doesn't require the kind of capital outlay that is often involved with similar programs. Upon acceptance, all partners can begin to leverage the following program features:

  • Comprehensive Training
    • Operational training to ensure study teams are experts in utilizing BioClinica eClinical solutions to run faster, more efficient trials.
    • Sales training to equip representatives with the knowledge and tools necessary to expand business opportunities.
  • Dedicated Clinnect Resources
    • While BioClinica is proud to offer exemplary operational support to all our customers, CRO partners can enjoy enhanced service options such as a single point of contact for all studies.
    • BioClinica has dedicated resources committed to growing our CRO partners' business through joint sales presentations as well as sharing customer lists and pipeline leads with qualified partners.
  • Joint Marketing Opportunities
    • As part of our commitment to growth, BioClinica offers CRO partners access to key marketing and sales materials as well as partner listing on our web site.
    • The BioClinica marketing team will collaborate with qualified partners on co-branded media such as case studies, white papers, and data sheets as well as developing email and inside sales campaigns, blogs, webinars, speaking events and tradeshow opportunities.
  • Flexible Deployment Models
    • BioClinica's eClinical solutions can be utilized in a variety of ways. CRO partners can choose the right option to fit the needs of each trial.
      • Sub-Contract: CRO contracts with BioClinica to provide technology and support for a trial
      • Referral: CRO refers trial decision makers to BioClinica
      • Technology Transfer: CRO licenses BioClinica technology to provide directly to sponsors
  • Thought Leadership
    • BioClinica's position as a leader in clinical trial management solutions comes from the experience of our staff and leadership in areas such as FDA regulations, SCDM and CDISC standards, and technology partnerships.
    • CRO partners will have access to our thought leaders for participation in promotional activities such as panel presentations, conferences, trade shows, and guest blogging.
  • Innovation Discovery
    • BioClinica has a process in place to continuously improve our products, and many of the best ideas come from sponsors and CROs who are well positioned to identify new requirements.
    • In conjunction with our CRO partners, BioClinica can develop product improvements to meet a shared customer need. These improvements often become marketable products that strengthen our combined value.
  • Complete Trial Management Solutions
    • By partnering with BioClinica, CROs can offer their customers a complete line of eClinical solutions and have access to Imaging Core Lab and Cardiac Safety services.
