Buz Hillman has worked in supply chain management in the healthcare sector for more than 30 years. At Janssen Pharmaceuticals, he is responsible for developing, leading and managing strategic improvement initiatives in key clinical supply processes through enhancement of cross-functional and individual processes, IT systems, and supporting tools across all functions. Buz has focused on innovative approaches to clinical supply forecasting and IWR data analysis, resulting in significant changes in the way clinical supplies are managed within the corporation. His efforts have been recognized with several prestigious innovation awards over the past 5 years.
