Joan Bailey is the Manager of Clinical Data Management at Isis Pharmaceuticals.  Isis has been using Express as its EDC solution since 2009. Joan participated in the 2014 BioClinica's Global User Conference during which she shared how the company leverages the tool in combination with BioClinica's data management services to govern and accomplish a great deal of work in their pipeline.
